the wind in your face & the breeze on your knees!
Do you have a motorcycle sitting in the corner of your garage, car port or basement? Is it loved but forgotten about? Covered in the dust of your busy life? Want to hear it run again? RIDE IT again?
Do you have a sick build in mind but no time or tools to really make it happen?
Maybe you’re doing your own build, and just need a few bespoke parts made or things sorted?
If so, then bring your dreams and schemes to me. I fully appreciate how much fun motorcycles are, which feeds the MotoRelic passion for custom machines. Take a look through the build galleries to see a small sample of what is possible!
With over 20 years of mechanical, welding, fabricating, and motorcycle experience, I can help you recover that feeling of freedom! However, my skillset is not solely limited to motorcycles. Though they are my passion, I can handle any welding and fabrication jobs you may have in mind. From desk frames to welding hex bolts, I can do it all!
Over 20 years of mechanical experience.
You like motorcycles when you buy and ride a mass production one with “catalog accessories”.
You Love “The Machines” when you dream about them and build them by yourself. You settle for nothing less than Unique.
But “Unique” requires custom welding and fabrication. Then is when Sean steps in.
Hands down Sean, is the one to turn your ideas into reality with accuracy and most importantly with functionality…
Thanks to MotoRelic I can Kickstart my Diabolical Creation!!!
This place changed everything about motorcycling for me. It always seemed so intimidating to think of taking my bike to a custom shop and trying to hang with those cool chopper guys. Turns out there is a super friendly, helpful and crazy talented custom artist here in Loudoun county who made it a fun and easy experience to build what I had been daydreaming about for years. I’m very proud to cruise around on this beautiful, one of a kind motorcycle. Even though Motorelic did the actual cutting/welding/fitting/adjusting, it feels like I had a real hand in the project because Sean was able to make everything in my head a reality on the bike. Best money I’ve spent on a toy in many years.

Sean built an exhaust for my Ducati Monster 1100 EVO. He was very honest, straight forward, spent the time to really work out what I really wanted where others had turned me away. He had the job done a lot faster than I expected which was a nice surprise. After living with the exhaust for a while now I can tell you the quality and through put into his work is well thought out and excellent! For less than the price of a top of the line pipe I have a one of a kind, hand built exhaust that sounds fantastic.
